Stats on Sunday: November

As usual, I’m linking up my stats with The Sunday Post for November’s round-up.

month in books

In November, I have read 10 books and DNF 1 book. You can read my reviews here: 3rd November, 17th November and 24th November.

I have bought 13 new books, which will all feature in my book haul post on Wednesday.

I have not borrowed any new books this month and have had an amnesty on my library books, taking back all those I probably won’t get chance to read before I fly out to New Zealand.

I have requested and been accepted for 10 new netgalley books: Out of the Blue by Sophie Cameron, Renegades by Marissa Meyer, I Am Thunder by Muhammed Khan, Goodbye, Perfect by Sara Barnard, , The Sacrifice Box by Martin Stewart, The Denounced by S.J. Sherwood, Dreaming of Florence by T.A.Williams, The Suffering of Strangers by Caro Ramsay, The Cruel Prince by Holly Black and Take Me Far Away by Kemdi Ik.

I have received 4 new physical proofs for review: Orphan Monster Spy, A Pocketful of Crows, Worry Angels and I Killed Father Christmas, which will all feature in my upcoming haul post. I received one e-book proof: Christmas at the Gin Shack by Catherine Miller (see my blog tour post for the review!)

mount ted

Mount Ted stands at …..dramatic drumroll…. 312. This reducing my backlog plan is not going at all well, is it?

149 physical books

142 kindle books

19 proofs / arcs

2 library / borrowed books

challenge updates

Goodreads challenge 128 / 120 books

I have officially beaten my goal of 120 books, making however many books I read in 2017 the most books I have ever read in a single year! I’m really pleased with this and intrigued to see how many I get to.

Goodreads Bookbuster Challenge 24 / 28 books

I haven’t read any more towards this challenge, as I just have too many other books I need to work through and none are fitting those last four letters!

I’m going to want to line up some new challenges for the new year, so if anyone knows of any, please let me know!

I have only one of the 6 arcs left to read to complete by November and December arcs, and I am happy with that! I have some exciting reading choices lined up for December, which I will be telling you more about on 1st December when I start my blogmas posts!

How did your reading go in November? Do you have any specific December plans?
