Today, my coffee and I are looking at the December releases I’m excited for.
The Coffee:
This week I am drinking another Steampunk Coffee. This time the Ethiopian Mormora. It’s a good one.
The Books:
December is generally a quiet month for new releases, but there are a few coming out that I am excited for.
Queen of Air and Darkness by Cassandra Clare. I adore all things Shadowhunters, so any book that takes me back into this world is making it to the top of my list.
The Glass Spare by Lauren DeStefano. This is the first in a new fantasy duology telling the story of a girl who has been kept hidden from the world bu her father so she can serve as his spy. Yes please. This sounds like a great premise for a book and I will definitely be looking out for it.
Evermore by Sara Holland. I am so excited for this book. Everless was one of my favourite reads from the early part of this year and after THAT ending, I am excited to see what happens next.
And Now For Something Completely Different: A Short Story by Jodi Taylor. I love Jodi Taylor’s time travelling stories, so a new one for the collection is always welcome. I’m looking forward to this one.
And that’s me for another month! What books are you looking forward to in December?
The only new release in December that I’m interested in is the Resolutions, which I learnt about last night, which is an American contemporary YA. It sounds AMAZING, and is definitely worth ordering specially online for (it doesn’t have a UK publisher 😔). The only other things I’m planning to get are a few older things (from a few years ago, or earlier this year)
