The Justice League Book Tag

Today, I’m doing the Justice League book tag, which A Dreamer’s Library tagged me in. I loved doing this one.

book tag

First up, this tag has rules:

  • Copy these rules onto your post
  • Mention creators of the tag: Angelica and Rosie @TheBookCoverGirls and link to the original post
  • Mention and thank the person who tagged you and link to their post
  • Answer all the questions
  • Since there were originally seven members in the Justice League, tag 7 people
  • Also, you can use the images provided, but don’t have to if you don’t want to
  • Have fun with it

Batman – Who is your favourite anti-hero?

Silyen Jardine or Dog from Bright Ruin. I adore these two more than necessary.

Aquaman – a book or character that turned out better than you expected.

The True Colours of Coral Glen by Juliette Forrest. I already thought this book would be a good read, but it turned out to be so much better and darker than I thought it would be. If you haven’t read it yet, I highly recommend it.

Wonder Woman – most badass female character

Mia Corvere from the Nevernight books by Jay Kristoff. If you haven’t heard me mention her before then hello, I am Charlotte. Welcome to my blog. I am total trash for Mia Corvere.

Cyborg – favourite science fiction novel

The Loneliest Girl in the Universe by Lauren James. I don’t always love sci-fi, it’s definitely and hit and miss genre for me, but this one I loved. Someone spoiled the ending for me before I read it, and I still adored it.

The Flash – a book you sped through.

The last book I sped through in one sitting (at the time of writing this tag) is Heartstopper Vol 2 by Alice Oseman. I cannot get enough of Nick and Charlie. They are the cutest of all the little beans.

Superman – Saddest character death.

I feel like that would be a bit spoilery to answer this question truthfully, as the saddest character death that comes to mind is in a relatively new release. So I am going to go with an old death that still bothers me: Hedwig from Harry Potter. Don’t @ me for spoilering the series. The statute of limitations on Harry Potter spoilers has well and truly passed.

Tag Time:

I’m not usually a rule breaker, but I don’t know 7 people that I think would want to take on this tag, so if you fancy it, consider yourself tagged!
