Six for Sunday: Wintery Colours

It’s a new Sunday, a new month and a new Six for Sunday theme from Steph. The theme for August is Let’s Celebrate Colour, and we’re starting with Wintery Colours. I’ve decided to pick books from my (expansive TBR that meet the theme):

  1. Dear Justyce by Nic Stone – This cover is grey, blue and white, which is the most wintery combination of colours. I have high hopes for this book because I love the first in this series.

2. Jack of Hearts by L.C. Rosen – This is the perfect icy-blue cover! This book is also on my TBR for this month and I am excited to read it.

3. Why I’m No Longer Talking to White People About Race by Reni Eddo Lodge – This is another book that I really want to get to soon, and which fits the theme by having a white cover.

4. Explorers on Black Ice Bridge by Alex Bell – I always think of purple as a late autumn and deep winter colour, and this is a lovely purple colour. It’s also a book that I should have read months ago.

5. Queen of Coin and Whispers by Helen Corcoran– Black is a deep winter colour for me. This black cover is also an absolute stunner.

6. Race to the Frozen North by Catherine Johnson – This cover has all the icy shades of blue and turquoise, and gets bonus points for having ‘Frozen’ in the title.

What wintery books do you have on your shelves?
