Coffee and… My June TBR

After three years it is really weird writing not writing “someone picks my TBR”, but here we are. Join me in a coffee whilst I show you what I’ll be reading this month?

The Coffee:

This week we’re drinking a Steampunk staple: the Brazilian Fazenda Caxambu with tasting notes of plum and hazelnut.

The TBR:

This month I am picking my TBR with help from my newly created TBR jar. I’ve written 100 different prompts and folded them into origami stars, which should keep me going for a fair few TBRs. This month I chose all LGBTQIA+ books in celebration of Pride month.

1. Read a book for a storygraph challenge: All Boys Aren’t Blue by George M. Johnson.

2. Use a random number generator to select a book from your physical TBR: More Happy Than Not by Adam Silvera.

3. Sam’s Pick (I showed him all the LGBTQIA+ books on my shelves): Ivy Aberdeen’s Letter to the World by Ashley Herring Blake.

4. A book you featured in a 2020 Six for Sunday post: Nothing Ever Happens Here by Sarah Hagger Holt.

5. A book you bought before the pandemic: Ramona Blue by Julie Murphy.

6. A book with a number in the title: Heartstopper Volume 4 by Alice Oseman.

7. A book with an orange cover: Felix Ever After by Kacen Callendar.

8. A book with a LGBTQIA+ character: Girl, Woman, Other by Bernadine Evaristo.

What’s on your June TBR? Have you read any of my picks?
