Coffee and… My October TBR

I’m back again and today I’m sharing the books I will be reading in October! Join me with a coffee?

The Coffee:

This week we are drinking the Kenyan coffee that comes with our Steampunk Coffee Explorer Subscription. The Kenya Gathani Farmers Cooperative Society Microlot has tasting notes of blackcurrant, nectarine, and brown sugar.

The Books:

Once again I used my prompt jar to select the prompts for this month’s TBR. It’s working well for me so far and I find I’m reading a good range of my backlist books and not just shiny new ones!

1. Read a sequel – A Crown of Talons by Katherine and Elizbeth Corr

2. Read a book you aren’t sure you want to read any more – Birthday by Meredith Russo

3. Read a book that was a gift – As Good As Dead by Holly Jackson

4. Read a book for one of your reading challenges – With the Fire on High by Elizabeth Acevedo

5. Read a book that’s over 500 pages long – Chain of Iron by Cassandra Clare

6. Read a book you were really hyped for – Detransition Baby by Torrey Peters

7. Read a book with flowers on the cover – House of Hollow by Krystal Sutherland

8. Read a book you bought on a shopping spree – Bookishly Ever After by Lucy Powrie

What’s on your October TBR?

  1. I really enjoyed As Good As Dead, With the Fire on High and Bookishly Ever After, so I hope you love them too! And Chain of Iron is on my TBR too, hopefully for November if I have time (which is in question because 3rd year is intense!!)
