I stole this week’s ThursTag tag from my lovely pal Steph at A Little But A Lot. I have no shame.

SHE’S ALL THAT: NAME A BOOK COUPLE THAT IS AN ODD PAIRING BUT THEY STILL FIT PERFECTLY
Wallace and Hugo from Under the Whispering Door by T. J. Klune. In the early part of this book you can’t see them ever having a thing in common, but somehow they work really well together despite being very different.
10 THINGS I HATE ABOUT YOU: A BOOK/SERIES THAT YOU HAVE A LOVE/HATE RELATIONSHIP WITH
After the ending of House of Sky and Breath by Sarah J Maas, the Crescent City trilogy. If you know you know. But that ending has me questioning whether I’ll bother reading the next one.
CLUELESS: A CHARACTER THAT IS TOTALLY CLUELESS BUT YOU LOVE THEM ANYWAY
Noah from Noah Can’t Even by Simon James Green. I haven’t thought about him in a while but he is absolutely my favourite clueless character.
TITANIC: NAME A BOOK THAT MADE YOU CRY
Sara Barnard Fierce Fragile Hearts. This book broke me on a train, a virtually unheard of experience in my life. There’s so much in this book that hit me hard, but especially the parts with Glynis.
AMERICAN PIE: A BOOK THAT MAKES YOU LAUGH
This is a bit of an odd answer, even for me. I’m currently listening to an audiobook called This Audiobook Will Send You to Sleep by Professor K. McCoy and Dr Hardwick. I think it’s meant to be sedate and send you to sleep, and it definitely does that, but it also makes me chuckle away to myself.
CAN’T HARDLY WAIT: A BOOK WITH A CRAZY PARTY
The Revelry by Katherine Webber. Is there any party more crazy that one you’re not supposed to be at and wake up remembering nothing about? Probably not. This is a party with an extra dose of crazy.
CRUEL INTENTIONS: NAME A CHARACTER YOU CAN NEVER FULLY TRUST
I know noone will agree with me on this, but David from the D. I. Natalie Ward books by Carol Wyer. And it’s not because of his gambling. There’s just something about that man I do not trust.
DRIVE ME CRAZY: NAME YOUR FAVOURITE “BOY NEXT DOOR” OR “GIRL NEXT DOOR” COUPLE
Are Murren Ross and Alva Douglas a girl / boy next door couple? Because them. Every single time them. As I write this, I am listening to the last chapter of Hold Back the Tide and I am absolutely not okay.
SCREAM: A BOOK WITH A MEMORABLE VILLAIN
The Sorrow duology by Melinda Salisbury. No, I won’t apologise for using two Mel books in a row, because there is no villain more memorable than Vespus Corrigan.
THE CRAFT: NAME A BOOK WITH WITCHES
I’ve just recently read These Witches Don’t Burn and This Coven Won’t Break by Isabel Stirling and they are excellent books with excellent witches.
Do you have a favourite witch book? How about a favourite 90s movie? I always loved 10 Things I Hate About You.
Wow these movies brought back memories! lol…great answers, I had fun reading this post! I loved all these movies.
